| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法，对我国竞技竞技体操运动员选材情况进行分析。研究表明，我国竞技体操运动员选材具有选材的动态性与连续性、单项间的互补性、选材方法的层次性、选材的地域性、选材层次与指标的多样性的特点以及选材评定方式的综合性特点。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of literature study, questionnaire and interview, the article analyzes the talent selection of Chinese competitive gymnasts. The result shows that the talent selection of Chinese competitive gymnasts features dynamic, continuity, complementarity between the individual events, graduation of the methods, regionalism, diversity of graduation and indices and comprehensiveness of assessment methods. |
