| 摘 要： | 通过访谈法、问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法,编制高校体育教师心理契约问卷,运用探索性因子分析进行因子提取和命名,用验证性因子分析进行了验证,分半信度和内部一致性信度显示符合量表编制信度要求。结果显示,高校体育教师心理契约问卷包括两个部分:高校体育教师心理契约学校责任问卷包括三个维度:经济与环境责任、成长责任和人文责任;高校体育教师心理契约教师责任问卷包括四个维度:课外责任、岗位责任、归属责任和社会责任。
