| 摘 要： | 身体是人在世界上确立的明证,同时也是人与世界直接接触的唯一物质载体.法权思想或意识最终的控制对象就是身体,而体育作为一种完全的身体运动则自然就会表现出这种法权思想或意识.那么从身体这个视角考察古希腊体育活动的法权思想或意识就成为一种坦途,同时也成为我们认识古希腊体育中的法权理想的窗口.在古希腊自由的身体是公民参加体育活动最基本的法权基点;公平的竞争是古希腊体育身体对抗的根本准则与道德标准;而代表正义力量的"神圣休战"是希腊法权思想的典范. |

| Abstract: | The body is t he evidence of existence of t he human being and t he only direct material con2 tact of the human being wit h t he world. The legal right ideology is to cont rol t he body. Consequent2 ly , sport s , which is f ulfilled t hrough t he human body , can demonst rate t he legal right or ideology. The body t hen becomes a best means to under stand t he legal right of t he ancient sport s activities , f rom which can be seen t he basic legal right for t he ancient Greek citizens to participate in t he sport s activities , the f undamental rules and moral standards of fair play in t he p hysical contact , and t he " Ho2 ly Truce " for justice. |
