| 摘 要： | 在国家实施“卓越教师培养计划”的背景下，从人本位与社会本位相结合的教育价值观出发，纵观体育教育国家级特色专业人才培养实践，体育教育专业人才培养目标应当定位于培养“专业素质突出的复合型人才”。遵循“目标统领内容”的原则，体育教育专业课程体系改革必须走“优化”与“重塑”之路，即要体现卓越体育教师培养的卓越性，体现体育教师教育的实践性，体现社会需求的导向性，体现现代科技发展的前瞻性以及体现地方差异的特色性，以实现培养卓越体育教师所必备的专业知能、专业情意、专业思想和专业素养。

| Abstract: | The implementation of China's "Training Plan for Excellent Teachers" requires that the development of students majoring in P.E. should center around the development of inter-disciplinary talents with outstanding professional qualities. With clear objectives, the curricular system should be optimized so as to highlight the excellence of talents, the practical value of P.E., the needs of the society, the future of modern science and technology, and the differences of different places, so that the students can acquired the needed professional knowledge, skill, enthusiasm, idea and quality. |
