摘    要:本文采用实验的方法,旨在研究体育锻炼的持续时间对大学生抑郁水平、身体自尊水平的影响,同时验证本研究假设的理论模型,实验结果显示:①4周的体育锻炼就能使大学生的抑郁水平、身体自尊水平发生明显变化;②男、女大学生抑郁水平、身体自尊水平随时间变化进程有所不同;③对照组大学生抑郁水平、身体自尊水平自始至终无明显变化;④身体自尊是体育锻炼影响大学生抑郁水平的心理中介变量。

The Study of the Effects of physical exercise duration on the Depressive Level and Psychological Mediator (Body-esteem) in College Students
Abstract:The effects of physical exercise duration on level of depression and body-esteem were investigated in the experiment. The results showed: The level of depression and body-esteem changed significantly after 4 weeks of physical exercise and there were gender differences with respect to the changes of the level of depression and body-esteem with time. The decrease of depressive level in female college students was more notable than that in the males in the first eight weeks, but female college students also showed a greater rebound in depression level compared with male college students in the eighth to twelfth week. The results supported the media-model of the study.
