| 摘 要： | 加快竞技体育发展方式转变,不仅是体育自身发展的迫切需要,也正好是对我国经济发展方式转变的一个积极响应。与经济粗放型发展方式一样,体育发展走的也是一条"三高一低"的路子。当前,实现转变发展方式的要求必须实现要素驱动向创新驱动转变,实现投入规模向质量效益转变,实现金牌至上向公平公正转变,实现传统训练向科学训练的革命。我认为,转变竞技体育发展方式必须坚定体育改革之路,着力加强竞技体育改革的顶层设计,着力建设我国体育工作的综合评价体系,着力破解竞技体育持续发展的体制难点,着力重建我国体育后备人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | As an active response to changes in China’s economic growth mode,it is very necessary for Chinese competitive sports to speed up the transformation of its development mode.In the author’s view,the transformation should be fulfilled in following aspects: changing factors-driven dynamic mechanism into innovation-driven one,achieving the focus change from investment quantity to quality and benefits,transforming the pursuit priority from gold medals to the value of fair play,accomplishing the switch from traditional training to scientific training.Generally speaking,to achieve the goal of transforming the development mode of competitive sports,we should insist on sports reforms,reinforce the top design in competitive sports reform,strive to develop a comprehensive evalution system of China sports,and rebuild a new pattern of training reserve talents in China competitive sports. |
