运用“标记法”进行中学生跳远助跑教学的实验研究

摘    要:助跑技术是跳远技术的重要组成部分之一,助跑的准确性又是影响跳远成绩稳定发挥的关键因素。采用文献资料、实验、数据统计等研究方法,从助跑距离的确定,改善初始助跑节奏,对提高中学生跳远助跑准确性进行了研究,结果显示跳远助跑运用标记法教学效果优于传统教学法,为中学生跳远的教学和训练提供参考依据。

Abstract:The run-up technology is an important part of the long jump technology, and the accuracy of the approach is the key factor influence the stable of long jump. This article uses the literature material method, experimental method, data statistics, the study of all the problems of accuracy of long jump run-up, analysis of all factors affecting the accuracy of long jump run-up, mainly from the exploration of new method to determine the run-up distance, improve the beginning steps approach section gather together, studied how to improve the accuracy of long jump take-off of teenagers, the results show that the method of marker training is better than traditional training method, training for the long jump teaching for middle school students and provide a reference basis.
