| 摘 要： | 心理健康教育通过促进心理健康，心理适应，心理素质的发展，以维护学生的心理健康，提高学生心理素质和激发学生心理潜能。章就体育教学中加强健康教育的重要性进行了阐述，提出在体育教学中进行心理健康教育的方法。
