| 摘 要： | 文章主要针对散打专选班学生散打技术水平难以提高的各种因素进行调查、分析和研究，从学生对待课程的主观态度、课程内容安排、课程设置以及社会对学生的要求几方面着手，深入分析各种制约因素之间的相互关系，建议改革现有散打训练课的训练模式，根据学生的兴趣爱好进行教学革新，充分发挥学生的特长优势，进一步适应社会需要。

| Abstract: | This article mainly aims at the Sanda special class students to disperse the restricting factors in their Sanda technique level improvement. The study, from three aspects, such as students attitude toward the course, the arrangement of teaching content and social requirements toward students, deeply analyzes the restricting factors and their ralations, and suggests to reform the current training mode, according student＇s interests to do the teaching reform, fully exert student＇s strong points, and meet social further needs. |
