短跑运动员核心力量训练方法的动作分析

摘    要:基础阶段的核心力量训练更倾向于关注静力姿势的练习,特别是对核心肌群的本体感觉进行刺激,而且要加大核心肌群的肌肉力量,首先发展神经--肌肉系统的能力,为下一阶段的训练做好准备。至于训练时间,可以根据不同的运动员制定不同的训练时间,但是必须至少1-2周,在基础阶段需要持续,但在后期,很多练习也应持续。静立姿势的练习比较关注动作的规范准确,不适宜有过大的负荷量,可以随着静力姿势维持的时间长度来调整运动的负荷强度。

Abstract:The foundation stage of core strength training tends to focus on the static posture exercises, especially to stimulate the core muscles of the body, and to increase muscle strength of core muscles, to develop the ability of the muscular system firstly for the next stage of training preparation. As training time, training time can be developed depending on the type of players, but it must be trained at least 1 to 2 weeks, the basic stage needs to continue training, as same as the later practice. Static posture exercises prefer to accurate action norms, inappropriate excessive load capacity,the load intensity of exercise of static posture can be adjusted by the continuance.
