练习太极拳对中老年人睡眠的影响

摘    要:太极拳锻炼能够减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善睡眠和情感状态,并能降低自主神经紧张性,提高神经行为功能,增强体质,减少自由基对机体的损害,改善细胞代谢功能,能在一定程度上延缓衰老进程。坚持锻炼,可提高睡眠质量。通过对300名持续练习太极拳三个月以上的老年人群,运用问卷调查法对训练后睡眠质量进行调查分析,结果显示训练后对睡眠质量有显著的差异性。

Abstract:Taijiquan exercise can reduce anxiety and depression,improve sleep and emotional states,and can reduce the autonomic nervous tension,improve neurobehavioral function,enhance physical fitness,reduce free radical damage to the body,improve cell metabolism,to a certain extent,anti-aging process.Persisting exercise,can improve sleep quality.By continuing experiment on 300 aged people who persist in practicing Taijiquan over 3 months,with the method of questionnaire on sleep quality after Tajiquan training,the paper does analysis on results and finds out that the quality of sleep after training has a significant difference.
