| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对温州市区中老年患慢性病的情况进行调查分析,发现高血压发病率最高,其次为高血脂,60岁是冠心病的高发期;私营工作人员、公务员和教科人员是慢性病的高发人群,经常吸烟、喝酒的人慢性病的发病率也相对较高。总的发展趋势是慢性病的发病期逐渐年轻化,不良的生活习惯、工作压力的增强和不科学的锻炼方式是导致慢性病高发的主要原因。
