| 摘 要： | 根据21世纪人才结构和素质教育理论及高等体育教育功能特性，通过对普通高校传统体育教学课程体系（包括形式、内容、方法、评价等）的改革实践，探索并提出符合时代要求的体育教学指导思想和“分层选项”教学模式，以达到提高大学生综合素质的目的。
