摘    要:研究结果表明,增加无氧阈和阈上强度比例的训练负荷量,有利于改善有氧能力,提高100Km运动成绩;增加高强度训练比例,有利于发展专项速度耐力,提高1Km、4Km运动成绩。研究结果证明了训练控制的重要性和可行性。本研究获国家体委科技进步一等奖。

Abstract:The study involved 36 men and women cyclists who were preparing for the 11th Asian Games during the years 1989-1990. Systematic diagnoses were made of their functions and the anearobic threshold concept was used in controlling their training so as to increase both the volume and intensity of workouts by a large margin. Their efforts found reward in six golds, five silvers and one bronze medal, plus one world record and five Asian marks at the 11th Asian Games. Their experience showed that increasing the portion of training loads with intensities below or above the anaerobic threshold was inducive to the improvement of aerobic capacity and resulted in better performance in the 100km road race,while increasing the portion of high-intensity workouts helped develop specific speed endurance and contributed to better results in the 1km and 4km track races. All this pointed to the importance and feasibility of controlled training.
