| 摘 要： | 对浙江省及全国优秀省(市)的教练员和运动员进行了问卷调查，通过统计、比较和分析后认为：浙江省竞技武术套路运动存在的主要问题是由于管理机制不够完善，造成教练员、运动员的训练积极性不高，人才优势得不到充分发挥；技术缺乏创新，难以形成自身特色；心理素质训练的重视程度不够等等。建议在浙江省建立武术运动项目管理中心，改革用人机制．调整教练员结构，实行人才优化配置．完善激励机制和实施目标管理。

| Abstract: | By using the method of questionnaire,statistics,comparison and analysis on coaches and athletes in Zhejiang and others provinces,the author thinks that the main problem is poor management mechanism on Wushu.It leads to coaches and athletes lacking of training enthusiasm,advantage of talented athletes cannot be exerted fully and cannot form self-characteristics.It suggests that establishing Wushu management center in Zhejiang province,reforming employment mechanism,adjusting structure of coaches,making good use of human resource,perfecting encouragement and carrying on object management. |
