| 摘 要： | 随着我国体育事业的蓬勃发展和2 0 0 8年北京奥运会的临近,在体育活动中出现了一些新问题,主要有:1 )体育活动中的主体地位问题;2 )体育社会团体的自律问题;3)体育活动中的人格权问题;4 )体育市场化的问题。对这些热点问题依用法律的视角进行探究,并提出在体育活动中实行高效、正确的运作机制的法律依据。

| Abstract: | With the national sports undertaking flourishing and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games drawing,there are several new problems appearing in sports activity.These problems include the question with sports activity as main body,social committees as self-discipline,personality right in sports activity,sports marketization.This paper discussed these hot issues through the angle of law,and put forwarded the legal basis of suitable and high-efficient operating mechanism of our sports activity. |
