| 摘 要： | 采用辩证法：演绎、逻辑推理与分析；文献法对体育的本质及其规律进行研讨。结果认为：体育的本质在于它是一种增强体质的教育。提高运动技术水平应作为竞技运动的本质属性来加以强调。体育与竞技运动应按各自的规律发展。

| Abstract: | On the basis of deductive and logic thinking, investigating the literature, this paper lays emphasis on the research of the essence and law of P. E. The results show that the essence of P. E. is to build up physique. Improving sports level must be the essence of athletics. The development of P. E. and athletics follows different laws. |
