| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法对高校大学生参加课外体育活动的动机、主要项目、次数与时间、主要场所进行了调查分析.结果表明:高校大学生对参加课外体育活动的意识较强,但锻炼时间少,活动频度不足;课外体育活动主要项目以球类为主,舞蹈、健身操在女生中占有一定的比例;学习任务重、没有时间、场地器材缺乏和无人组织指导等客观原因是影响高校大学生参加课外体育活动的主要因素.

| Abstract: | By doing mainly a questionnaire survey, the authors investigate and analyze the motives, items, frequency, time, places of university students participating in the extracurricular physical activities in colleges and universities. The result indicates that university students have strong consciousness of participating in the sporting activities after school, but their time of doing exercises is short and their frequency is low, that ball games are great favorites of the students while dancing and callisthenics form a proportion of the girl students, that the factors dampening the enthusiasm of the students going in for sports are such objective causes as daunting study assignments, limited time, and lack of equipment, venues, organization and instruction. |
