摘    要:采用文献资料、实验对比等研究方法,对淄博市体校16名男子1500m运动员运用“高强度训练法”进行分组训练实验研究。研究结果表明,“高强度训练法”比一般训练法更有效提高1500m少年运动员的专项运动成绩,在体校训练中可以有针对性地采用。建议在制定高强度训练计划时,合理采取提高快速能力的训练手段,并注重训练全过程中的运动营养补给。

Experimental Study on "the High Strength Training Method" to Improve the Juvenile Male 1 500 Meters Result

Abstract:Uses research techniques and so on literature material, teaching experiment, the utilization "the high strength training method" conducts the group instruction experimental study to the Zibo physical culture school 16 man 1 500 - meter athletes. The result indicated that "the high strength training method" is more effective than the general training method improves 1 500 - meter athlete's special movement result and the special movement technol- ogy,has indicated "the high strength training method", in the physical culture school trains the feasibility and the scientific nature. The suggestion when works out the high strength training plan, should adopt reasonably sharpens the fast ability the training method, and pays great attention to train in the entire process the movement nutrition supplies.
