模拟高原训练方法与应用的研究进展

摘    要:采用文献资料法,对当今国际主要的模拟高原训练的技术方法和训练方法中间歇训练法、高住低练法、低住高练法、高住高练低练法的生物学效应进行了归纳和探讨。指出模拟高原训练法是能够避免高原训练弊端,最大限度提高运动员运动能力,激发机体生理潜能,提高运动员竞技水平的有效方法。

Abstract:Through using the method of literature review, this paper makes induction and analysis on biological effects of current international major simulated altitude training techniques and training methods of IHT, HiLo, LoHi,HiHiLo, points out that the simulated altitude training method can avoid the disadvantage of altitude training, effectively improve athlete sport ability, stimulate the body physiological potential and enhance the level of performance.
