| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国要正确解决竞技体育后备人才的培养、解决运动员再就业难等问题进行研究。符合现代社会“以人为本”的可持续发展理念,具备培养全面发展人才的先进理念,就要走“体教结合”之路。中国体育的发展应该以体教结合为主,职业俱乐部和“举国体制”下的竞技体育为辅。走教学、训练、科研一体化道路。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper made study on cultivation of sport talent reservation and solution on their re-employment. In order to accord with sustainable developing concept of modern society as human oriented and advanced principle of training the overall development of talent, the way of combining sport with teaching should be taken. The development of China sport should take the sport and teaching combination as the main, the professional club and whole nation system as assistance and leading the way of teaching, training and scientific research integration. |
