| 摘 要： | 兴趣是激发学生学习动机的主要内在因素。在体育教学中培养体育兴趣对提高体育教学质量、促进学生参与体育锻炼和形成体育锻炼习惯具有重要的意义。兴趣的发生发展具有一定的层次性,本文从兴趣本身具有的层次性探讨培养体育兴趣的方法,为实现终身体育奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Interest is the main factor of encouraging student's study motivation. It has important significance to improve P.E. teaching quality, to promote student's exercise behavior and to form exercise habit during cultivating sports interest in P.E. teaching. The development of interest has certain levels,in order to lay a foundation of realizing lifetime sport, this article discusses the methods of cultivating sports interest by interested levels. |
