| 摘 要： | 藏族高原这一特殊的地理环境区域，使藏族传承着本民族的生活习惯、生活方式及悠久的历史文化和体育传统。本文运用文献资料查阅、牧区调查、亲身体验、专家访谈等方法，对藏族民族传统体育锅庄舞的文化底蕴及其价值开发进行深入研究，增进人们对锅庄舞的了解与认识，从而对振兴民族经济，加强民族团结，提高民族素质，构建和谐社会，具有较大的理论意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Tibetan plateau, as one of special geographic condition, let its nationality habit, customs of the Tibetan nationality and life - style reaches long history culture and sports tradition. Through using the method of literature review, investigation, personal feeling and expert interview, this paper makes deeply research on culture detail and value development of Tibetan national folk dance, increasing people＇ s understanding on it. It has practical and academic meaning for revitalizing the national economy, strengthening solidarity of nationality, improving the national clualitv and constructing harmonious society. |
