| 摘 要： | 在文献资料分析、问卷调查、专家咨询和模型实验等综合研究的基础上，参照浙江省学校体育师资的现状与需求，结合我系几十年来的办学经验与教训，就21世纪体育教育人才培养模式的构建与实施标准进行理论研究和实践探索，以促进高师体育教育专业教学质量和人才质量的提高，更好地落实培养目标，为我国高师体育教育专业的人才培养模式提供一定的理论和实践依据。

| Abstract: | In order to promote the quality of teaching and talents of physical educationtheoretical and practical basis for PE talents-training model of teachers' college in Chi-na.The research, which was on the basis of synthetical researches, such as analysis ofdocument data, questionaire. consultation of experts and model experiments, has referredto the present situation and demands of PE teacher resources in Zhejiang province andhas combined education of teaching experience and lessons in my department. |
