摘    要:膝关节运动过程中的肌电、肌力和关节力矩动态变化一直是诸多学者研究的热点及难点。表面肌电与等速肌力测试技术的结合可以更加精确地反映各大关节主要肌群的肌力特征,因此,在人体智能辅助系统研发、膝关节损伤及康复研究等领域,得到了越来越多的研究和应用。文章从基于统计理论的膝关节肌力估算、基于肌肉模型的膝关节肌力估算、表面肌电和等速指标的变化特征研究、竞技体育中的应用研究、运动损伤及临床上的应用研究方面,对表面肌电及等速肌力测试技术同时应用在膝关节力电关系分析中的研究进展进行简述。

Abstract:The changes of sEMG,muscle force and joint torque in knee motion analysis have been the focus and difficulties of researchers.The application of surface electromyography combined with isokinetic can reflect the muscle strength characteristics of the main joint muscle groups accurately.More and more researches and applications have been made in the development of human intelligent auxiliary system,knee joint injury and rehabilitation research.This paper briefly introduced the application of sEMG combined with isokinetic in the research of sEMG-force relationship of knee,included knee muscle strength estimation based on the statistical theory,knee muscle strength estimation based on the muscle model,the changes of sEMG and isokinetic indexes,application researches of competitive sports,sports injury and clinical application researches.
