| 摘 要： | 研究认为,社会转型期我国农村体育公共服务供给出现政府失灵与市场失灵的两极失范,而社区作为一个政府与市场的结合体,能够弥补体育公共服务供给中的市场与政府配置不足的现状,分层次、多元化、竞争式体育公共服务社区化供给模式是解决我国农村体育公共服务发展的有效方式。

| Abstract: | Studies suggest that both Chinese government and market failed to provide public sports service for rural areas during the social transformation period.As a combination of government and market,community can make up for the deficiency of insufficient supply caused by government and market.A diversified and competitive multi-level community-based supply mode is an effective way to solve the problems of Chinese rural sports public service. |
