| 摘 要： | 学校体育中发生伤害事故不可避免，事故原因复杂多样。如何认识伤害事故，合理区分责任事故与非责任事故，保证学校体育各项活动的顺利进行，是学校、教师、学生及家长所共同关注的问题。从法律角度对学校体育中的事故责任进行论述，以引起广大体育工作和管理的重视。

| Abstract: | In physical education,the injury accidents are inevitable.There are various factors involved in the accidents.A topic concerned by schools or colleges,teachers,students and their parents is how to recognize injury accidents,how to idenfify the responsibility of accidents or non-responsibility accidents reasenably so as to carry out physical education activifies smoothly.This paper explains the responsibilities for injury accidents in physical education from the law point of view in order to arouse great attention of numourous physical education staff and administrators. |
