| 摘 要： | 运用协同学的相关原理对群众体育政策执行的协同效应进行了探讨，分析了群众体育政策执行协同效应形成的条件，并提出了促进协同效应产生的主要机制。开放性、非线性、关联性以及自组织性是群众体育政策执行的协同效应产生的条件；建立与完善群众体育政策执行的社会参与机制、主体的协调机制以及目标群体的表达机制等，能有效促进群众体育政策执行协同效应的产生。

| Abstract: | With the relative theories of synergistic study, the paper discusses the synergistic effect of the mass sport policy implementation and analyses the conditions and mechanism of the synergistic effect of mass sport policy im- plementation. The paper proposes that openness, nonlinear, relevance and self-organizing are conditions of the syner- gistic effect of mass sport policy implementation. The paper also proposes to improve the social participation mecha- nism of mass sport policy implementation, coordination mechanism and expression mechanism of target group so as to promote the synergistic effect of the mass sport policy implementation. |
