| 摘 要： | 阐述体育无形资产的概念,从体育无形资产的授权性及交易的安全性方面分析体育无 形资产的特点,并对体育无形资产的经营管理进行经济学分析。建议我国应进一步完善与体育 无形资产相关的法规政策,从而正确引导我国体育无形资产的经营开发。

| Abstract: | This paper makes expatiation on concept of intangible property from the angle of economics. The characteristic of intangible property is analyzed from the points of right and security of transaction. At the same time, the author makes economical analysis on operation management of sports intangible property. It suggests that related laws and regulations should be further perfected concerning sports intangible property in order to guide correctly management and exploitation of intangible property. |
