中学生体育活动与其耐挫能力的研究

摘    要:通过问卷调查,研究中学生参加体育活动的情况和耐挫折能力的情况,体育活动各个因子与耐挫折的各个指标的相关性,及中学生参加体育活动、耐挫折能力在性别、年级、生源地方面的差异性。结果表明,中学生参加体育活动有利于其耐挫折能力的提高。建议学校、社会、家庭要加强对体育活动的宣传,让更多中学生积极投入到体育活动中来;体育课上要注重对学生体育知识的传授,帮助学生养成科学的体育锻炼习惯;针对不同中学生的身心特点,区别对待不同性别、年级和地区的中学生;确立合理的体育锻炼目标,增强自信心,不断提高中学生的耐挫折能力。

Abstract:Through using the method of questionnaire,this paper studies the condition of sport activity and tolerance for frustration of middle school students,the correlation between the each factor of sport activity and indexes of tolerance for frustration,the difference at gender,grade and students from different places.The result shows that the sport activity can improve the level of tolerance for frustration.It suggests that school,society and family should encourage more students participating in sport activities and help them to form scientific habit of sport exercise.Based on the mental and physical characteristics of students,we should make a difference among different gender,grade and students from different places,establish reasonable target of sport activity,strengthen the confidence and continually improve the level of tolerance for frustration.
