对上海市中老年妇女体质状况的调查与分析

摘    要:采用形态、机能等测试方法,对上海市463名40~70岁中老年妇女的体质状况进行调查。测试结果发现,随着年龄增长,该人群体脂率与BMI指数呈上升趋势,收缩压及脉压有逐渐增加趋势,血总胆固醇(TC)有升高趋势,其中老年前期、老年期均较中年更年期有显著性差异。各指标相关分析显示:各组体脂率与BMI指数呈显著正相关;高密度脂蛋白(HDL)与TC呈正相关。其中,中年更年期组内脉压、血糖(GLu)与BMI指数呈正相关,HDL与BMI指数呈负相关,HDL与GLu呈负相关;老年前期、老年期组TC/HDL比值与GLu呈正相关。

Abstract:By the methods of morphological and functional measurements, the authors made an investigation into the physical fitness of 463 women aged from 40 to 70. It has been found from the measuring results that the rate of body fat and BMI indices in this age group inclined to rise, their systolic pressure and pulse pressure tend to increase, their TC has a tendency to go up and the TC among the women in early senility and senility is significantly different from those who are in climacteric. The relevant analysis on above indices has revealed that body fat of each group is positively interrelated with BMI index; HDL is positively related to TC. But the internal pulse pressure and GLu in the climacteric group are positively related to BMI index while HDL is negatively interrelated with BMI and HDL negatively with GLu. At the same time, the rate of TC/HDL is positively related to GLu in the groups of early senility and senility.
