| 摘 要： | 推进体育体制机制改革既是对全面深化改革、加快推进体育强国建设的积极回应,也是提升我国体育国际竞争力和影响力的选择。回顾我国体育体制机制建设取得的重要成果与改革逻辑,提出体育强国背景下推进体育体制机制改革的路径。认为:群众体育初步形成了政府主导、社会参与的多元主体格局,竞技体育管理、竞赛、训练等体制机制改革不断深化,体育产业供需两端的高质量发展机制初显成效;在全面深化体育体制机制改革中,坚持正确的指导思想是根本保证,举国体制与市场机制相结合是主要方向,多方协同、形成合力是必要方式,积极稳妥发挥社会力量作用是重要支撑,理论创新和依法治体是强力保障。

| Abstract: | Promoting the reform of system and mechanism for sport is not only a positive response to comprehensively deepen the reform and accelerate the construction of sports power,but an inevitable choice to enhance the international competitiveness and influence.By reviewing the major achievements,the reform logic is analyzed,and the pathways of promoting the reform of sport system and mechanism are put forward.The research holds that mass sport has initially formed a multi-subject pattern with government domination and society involvement,the reform of competitive sport management,competition,training and other system and mechanism has been deepened,and the high-quality development mechanism at supply end and demand end of the sports industry has achieved initial success.Comprehensively deepening the reform of sports system and mechanism,the correct guiding ideology should be adhered to as its fundamental guarantee,the combination of the national system and market mechanism as the main direction,multi-party coordination and joint force as the necessary means while giving full play to the role of social forces as its important support,and theoretical innovation and governance by laws as its strong guarantee. |
