| 摘 要： | 采用量表法,对中学生领悟锻炼社会支持与锻炼行为之关系进行研究。结果表明:中学生领悟锻炼社会支持由社会环境支持、物理环境支持、锻炼方案支持三个维度构成;男生身体锻炼的行为态度、行为控制感、行为意向优于女生,初中生身体锻炼的行为态度、行为控制感、行为意向优于高中生,中学生身体锻炼的主观规范无性别和学段差异;中学生领悟锻炼社会支持是预测其锻炼行为的重要指标,它既可以通过主观规范、行为控制感、行为态度影响行为意向,进而影响锻炼行为,亦可通过行为控制感直接影响锻炼行为。

| Abstract: | The scale method was used to do research on the relation of middle-school students' comprehension of social supports of exercise with exercise behavior.The results reveal that the social support of exercise are composed of the three dimensions of social environment support,physical environment support and exercise plan support;boy students' behavior attitude of physical exercise,sense of behavior control and intention of behavior are all better than those of girl students,the above data of junior middle school students are better than those of high school students and there are no differences between sexes and learning stages in the subjective norm of middle school students' physical exercise;middle-school students' comprehension of social supports of exercise is an important index for forecasting their exercise behavior,it can not only indirectly affect exercise behavior through intention of behavior,which is influenced by subjective norm,sense of behavior control and behavior attitude,but also directly affect exercise behavior through sense of behavior control. |
