| Abstract: | On the basis of studying the theoretical problems such as the concept and essence of the encouragement for top athletes,the principle of encouragement for top athletes is discussed,namely ,the radical principle of moral encouragement ,the synchronous principle of material encouragement,the timely promotive principle of demand system development,the fair principle of encouragement values,the systematic principle of encouragement contents and the acceptable principle of ethics. |
