| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对福建省九个地级市公共体育场馆的经营与管理现状进行抽样调查。研究表明:福建省公共体育场馆经营管理方式是以自主经营为主,多种经营方式并存;大部分公共体育场馆为有偿向所有人开放,开放时间大部分为全年开放,服务对象为中产阶级;管理体制正向事业单位编制和企业化管理的双重格局发展;场馆规模和功能、收支失衡、体育消费水平、政府扶持政策等是影响福建省公共体育场馆经营与管理的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Adopting methods of documentation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,a sample survey of the current operation and management situation of public stadiums and gymnasiums in Fujian’s nine prefecture-level cities was conducted.The study indicates the following points: Fujian’s public stadiums and gymnasiums are managed mainly under autonomous operation as well as multiple modes of operation.Most public stadiums and gymnasiums are paid-entry and are open to all.Targeting the middle class as their service objects,the opening hours is mostly the whole year round.The management system is combining the operating strategies of both the public institutions and enterprises.Meanwhile,the scale,function,receipts and payments imbalances,sports consumption,government supporting policies,etc.are the main factors that influence the operation and management of Fujian’s public stadiums and gymnasiums. |
