| 摘 要： | 少儿武术教学与训练，是一项系统的科学性很强的工作。除了遵循一般的武术教学与训练的方法外，还要结合少儿生理和心理特点进行科学的教学与训练。不断加强少儿的思想教育，树立正确的思想动机、培养少儿高尚的武德，优良的作风和坚强的意志品质，促进少儿身心全面发展。
