| Abstract: | The aim of reformation in the teaching of P. E. is to imporove the quality of teaching. Through years of teaching practice,the author elaborates in ths article that the only method is to intensity teaching, to enhance the P. E. ideas of students, to foster the students' interest in P. E., and to cultivate students the good habit of doing physical exercises. This is not only the way to lay a foundation of lifelong physical education for students, but also .the essencial countermcasures to improve the quality of teaching of P. E.. |
