表象训练教学对中学跳远教学的影响

摘    要:表象训练是一种积极的心理训练方法,它充分注意到了表象对技能形成的能动作用,对学生技能的形成和掌握起积极的促进作用。将表象训练引入到了中学跳远的教学中,首先提出了中学跳远教学中表象教训的基本过程,然后对跳远的表象训练进行了实验分析,结果表明在中学急行跳远技术教学中采用表象训练法可以提高学生的表象能力,技术评定和运动成绩。

Abstract:Imagery training is a positive psychological training method, it has fully noted appearance of the formation of the dynamic role of skills, students' mastery of the skills formation. Imagery training will be introduced into the secondary school teaching in the long jump. This paper first puts forward long jump school teaching and then carries out the experimental analysis. The results show that sped broadjump technology used in teaching training can improve the appearance of the capacity of students, technology assessment and sports performance.
