健美操选项课对大学生心理素质的影响

摘    要:为培养大学生良好的心理素质,对278名大学生在一学年健美操选项课上结合身体练习进行专门的心理素质培养.所采取的训练方法有表现力训练、增强自信心、运用形体语言和词语暗示调节情绪、锻炼意志力和增强心理稳定性等.采用问卷调查验证训练效果.结果表明,强调心理素质培养的健美操课取得了理想的效果.学生在自信心、表现力、锻炼自觉性和考试成绩都有显著增强.

Abstract:In order to help college students to have good psychological traits,the writier tries to perform special psychological training to the 278 students in the optional course "calisthenics" of one year in combination with other body(exercises.) Such methods as expressivity training,self-confidence training,body language and word suggestion are used to adjust the students' emotion,temper their will power and strengthen their psychology stability.The questionnairy shows that this course gets ideal effects and greatly improves the students' expressivity,level of consciousness,self-confidence and also the grades.
