| 摘 要： | 目前竞技能力结构理论主要包括:木桶理论、积木理论、双子模型、胶泥理论、皮球理论等。从当前竞技能力结构理论的角度审视选材,青少年排球运动员选材有待改进,利用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法进行研究,依据竞技能力结构理论对未来青少年排球运动员选材进行构想。

Enlightenment of the Theories of Competition Capability Structure on the Selection of Youth Volleyball Athletes |

| Abstract: | At present, the Theories of Competition Capability Structure mainly include barrel theory, block model, Gemini model, pastern theory, ball theory and so on. The level of the selection of youth volleyball athletes should be improved according to the theories of competition capability structure. Through literature study expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method, this paper tries to study the phenomenon. Preliminary ideas on the selection of youth volleyball athletes are based on the theories of competition capability structure. |
