| Abstract: | The cognitive psychology has the solid theoretical foundation of psychology and pedagogy. The theory of cognitive psychology is of guiding importance and of practical value of reforming university athletics teaching. According to cognitive psychology, the paper explores how to develop the teacher's leading function and the efficient attempt at the learner-centered method of university athletics teaching. |
