| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国房地产业发展迅速,房地产投资与之俱增。但是房地产投资具有高收益、高风险并存的特点。因此为了获得更高的房地产投资效益,有必要对房地产的投资风险进行控制。根据房地产投资具有模糊性的特点,将模糊综合评价方法引入房地产投资风险评价中,从而为开发商的项目投资决策提供科学有效的决策基础。
