| 摘 要： | 民营经济作为我国经济的重要组成部分,其地位和作用日益突出。但是,目前水泥行业竞争激烈、生产成本上升,民营水泥企业的发展仍面临融资困难、人才匮乏、管理模式落后等问题。因此,只有通过提高企业自主创新能力、建立科学管理体系,并且利用有利的国家政策扶植,才能使企业在竞争中占据一定优势,获得可持续发展。
