| 摘 要： | 网络平台上从舆论产生到逐步升级为情报的过程实质上是多元利益主体的表达过程,各主体在信息的传播过程中试图最大限度地放大自己的声音,扩大自己的影响力,从而实现控制舆论的目的.互联网就此成为了网络舆情的各个主体为自身代表利益进行博弈与角逐的场域.因而在网络舆情环境中,迫切需要一个统筹的情报共享机制.

| Abstract: | The process of public opinion escalate for intelligence is essentially the expression of multiple stakeholders on network platform, in order to realize the purpose of control of public opinion, each subject in the process of transmission of information should maximize their voice, expand their influence.The Internet is becoming the field where network public opinion to gamble on behalf of the interests of each subject.Consequently, a intelligence sharing mechanism is an urgent need in the work of network monitoring. |
