| 摘 要： | 通过对高校智库联盟的运行现状分析，找出在无激励条件下联盟运行产生的问题。引入囚徒困境、智猪博弈、信号博弈模型，对高校智库联盟中的参与主体的策略选择进行博弈分析，在此基础上，提出促进高校智库联盟建设和发展的激励策略。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the running status of the university think tank alliance,the paper found out the problems caused by the alliance operation under the condition of no incentive.This paper introduced the prisoner's dilemma,the intelligent pig game and the signal game model,and analyzed the game choice of the participating subjects in the university's think tank alliance.On this basis,it proposed an incentive strategy to promote the construction and development of the think tank alliance in universities. |
