电子商务与企业竞争情报良性互动关系研究

摘    要:电子商务是21世纪的主流商务模式,这种商业模式对企业竞争情报产生了重大的影响,同时通过企业竞争情报系统开展企业竞争情报活动,很大程度也提高电子商务企业竞争力.首先概括了电子商务和竞争情报内涵,针对概念、性质等方面分析了两者的共性和异性,重点从竞争环境、情报资源、情报技术系统、信息共享等4个层面探讨二者的互动关系.

The Research of Interaction Relations between E-commerce and the Enterprise Competitive Intelligence

Abstract:E-commerce is mainstream business model in new century.This business model has a significant effect on enterprise competitive intelligence(CI)to influence which not only enriches the connotation of enterprise CI but also provides technology and platform for the enterprise CI system.At the same time, core competencies of E-commerce enterprise can be improved greatly by carrying out CI activities with enterprise competitive intelligence system.This paper generalized the connotation of E-commerce and CI at first.Then analyzed the similarities and differences between E-commerce and CI in terms of the concept, character and etc.Lastly the interactive between E-commerce and CI Relations are probed from four aspects:the competitive environment, the information resources, information technology system, information sharing and so on.
