摘    要:农业是我国经济发展的基础,对农业信息化建设展开相关研究,对我国经济发展具有深远的影响。本文利用DEA方法,收集了全国31个省市2005~2015这11年相关数据,并利用这些数据构建农业信息化的投入产出指标评价体系,进行实证分析和效率测评。本文将这31个省市分成东、中、西部以及东北这四个地区进行比较分析。研究表明:近11年来,我国中部的农业信息化总体效率比其他地区总体效率要高,大多年份的总体规模效率达到了“最优状态”,少数年份存在着投入产出冗余;全国各地区早些年份均出现了投入产出冗余但规模收益递增的情况,近些年份规模收益却增势渐缓。

Measurement and analysis of agricultural informatization production efficiency in China
Abstract:Agriculture is the foundation of China''s economic development, and researches into algricultural infomatization construction have profounding impact on China''s economic development. This paper uses the DEA method to build the input-output evaluation target system of agricultural informatization, with data from 31 provinces in the past 11 years (2005 ~ 2015). And conduct empirical analysis and efficiency evaluation. In this paper, 31 provinces are divided into four regions, including east, middle, west and northeast, to conduct comparative analysis. Researches show that: in the past 11 years, the overall efficiency of agricultural informatization in Central China is higher than the overall efficiency of other areas. The overall scale efficiency reached its optimal state in most years while there are a few years has redundancy of both input and output. Regions all over the country met the situation of redundancy of both input and output with scale income increasing in the earlier years. In the later years, the increasing of scale income are becoming slowly.
