科技企业人力资源外包风险因素分析及测算

摘    要:人力资源外包已经成为企业比较普遍的活动,在外包之前需要进行风险因素的分析并作出决策.从发包企业、服务企业、外部环境三个方面分析了人力资源外包风险,并根据这三个方面各自的测量指标建立人力资源外包风险测算指标体系,利用层次分析法进行权重求解,结合模糊综合评价的方法对外包风险进行测评.算例表明该方法是科学有效的.
