| 摘 要： | 基于资源和知识理论的研究认为创业者知识是家族企业战略性资源,如何实现创业者知识的转移是家族企业代际传承中的核心问题。通过构建一个以创业者知识转移为核心的家族企业代际传承模型,试图揭示权利继任过程中创业者知识转移内在机理。在家族企业代际传承过程中,创业者知识转移将通过家族企业发展和剩余控制权两个途径对家族代际财富积累产生重大影响。最后运用该模型框架,对华人家族企业子承父业代际传承模式进行简要评论。
