摘    要:结合科技创新自身特征,从科技开发能力、科技成果转化能力和科技支撑能力3个维度构建区域科技创新能力评价指标体系,并运用熵值法进行分析。研究结果表明:2003—2015年广东省总体科技创新能力显著提升,但3个维度发展各异,科技开发能力和科技成果转化能力不断增强,科技支撑能力略有上升但波动起伏较大。针对广东省科技创新能力存在的问题,从加强科技投入、加强基础性研究、加大人才引进力以及推进技术市场培育等方面提出相关建议。

Research on the Evaluation of Science and Technology Innovation Capability of Guangdong Province Based on Entropy Method
Abstract:S: Based on the characteristics of scientific and technological innovation, the evaluation index system of regional scientific and technological innovation ability is constructed from three dimensions: science and technology development ability, scientific and technological achievements transformation ability and science and technology support ability, and the entropy method is used to analyze. The results show that the overall scientific and technological innovation ability of Guangdong Province is significantly improved from 2003 to 2015, but the three dimensions are different. The ability of science and technology development and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are increasing, and the ability of science and technology support is slightly increased but fluctuating. In view of the problems existing in the scientific and technological innovation capability of Guangdong Province, suggestions are put forward from strengthening the investment in science and technology, strengthening the basic research, introducing talent and promoting the cultivation of technology market.S
